Can you really write a blog this week and not address the ghost in the room? I’m talking about Halloween. There was a time for most of us that Halloween was really a kid thing.
No, I did not spell the first word in my title incorrectly. I feel the need to talk about the weather. If hurricane Helene taught us anything it was that we need to pay attention to the weather.
I was driving along the other day when it occurred to me that our Lego Land did not have a church! It’s not so surprising that the Lego company is not pushing religious oriented buildings, but I wondered why my gran-children, and I had not realized it.
It may seem kind of silly to say you need to really know yourself if you’re going to know others, but it’s true. If you were asked to describe yourself in a statement of thirty words or less, could you do it?
