There it is, the line we see clearly, the line between doing the right thing and doing the wrong thing. It may as well be florescent yellow because we can’t miss it.
When I faced an empty nest I started thinking of ways to fill in my time. My first step was setting up a knitting group. I spread the word and arranged for a space at the church.
As expressed in previous blogs, the Drop-In Class provided the inspiration for this blog series. Every now and then I feel inclined to update you on the status of our eclectic class.
I started walking to improve my health and hopefully lose some weight. So back in August I began walking in the morning before I went to work.
A week or so ago I received an email from a church friend who is out of town. I knew she would be out of town, but she has a lot going on in her life right now and honestly it never crossed my mind I would hear from her. She started by saying she always enjoys the blog. I thought that was a good start - :o)
The “Flower Lady” was the mental connection I made when I first got to know Margaret. I would see her bring in beautiful flower arrangements for the front of the sanctuary week after week.
