Christmas may be three months away, but The Closet’s Everything Christmas event is just four weeks away! The annual sale, featuring thousands of items donated to The Closet since last Christmas, will be 3-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 17, upstairs at the Herndon Moose Lodge, 779 Center Street, Herndon. Please support The Closet’s grants and scholarship programs by shopping and by volunteering!

Know a high school student who might like to help? We need them! Students at Herndon, South Lakes, and Park View high schools should register by responding to volunteer opportunities posted by their school guidance/career office. If your student attends a private school, please ask me to send you the student link. We will verify volunteer hours.
