Only a Pane Away
As many of you know, we are raising money to repair the stained-glass window that cracked, which faces Elden St. It is one of the windows that are original to our building. We found a local restoration shop willing to fix the 3 windows on that door for $7,000, which is well under the price we were quoted elsewhere. His work will include materials that should preserve it for years to come.
In the last few weeks, we have raised $3,745.00 towards this goal! As I mentioned on Sunday, we want to be good stewards of our building and our finances, and so we are asking that donations to the stained-glass window are in addition to a tithe, not in place of one. You can mail a check or donate online and mark the donation for the stained glass.

Good news! Pastor Sean Roberts of CBF, visited our church last Sunday to announce that FBC will receive a $1,000 grant from CBF to help with the stained-glass window repairs, so the total is now $4,745.00!
