Not Just Words

In this week’s Bible study, author Wayne Ballard wrote, “He is risen…is a statement of theology, belief, and wonder.” I would add it’s a statement of hope. As we exit Easter week festivities, having embraced the joys and the sorrows from Palm Sunday through Easter Day let’s pause, breath, and recognize the love of this season and the hope it offers. He is risen, is not just words.
